There are no accounts

You cannot register on solvena.lol and there is no password to forget. We hold only what a placement needs.

What we hold

• The sentence you wrote and the language you wrote it in. This is public by design.
• The link you gave us — your account or website. Public, and shown beside your sentence.
• Public details read from that link: the page title and profile picture, fetched by our server so your name and photograph appear next to your words.
• Your email address, if you paid. It comes from Paddle with the transaction and is used for one thing: telling you when a newer sentence passes yours.
• Timestamps of when a sentence was placed and paid for.

We do not collect your name, address or payment card. Card details are handled entirely by Paddle and never reach our servers.

Why we are allowed to

Placing a sentence and taking payment is the performance of a contract with you. Telling you that your sentence was passed is our legitimate interest in keeping you informed about something you paid for; you may opt out by writing to us.

Who else sees it

• Paddle.com — merchant of record. Processes the payment and holds your billing details under its own privacy notice.
• Resend — delivers the notification email. Receives your address and the message.
• Solvena models (api.solvena.io) — generates the backdrop of your shareable image. Receives the public details of the placement, never your email.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic measurement.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookie to show you the page. Google Analytics sets its own measurement cookies. A session cookie exists only for the site’s administrator.

How long

Sentences and the links beside them are kept for as long as the site exists — that permanence is the point of the product. Email addresses are kept while the placement stands and deleted with it. Payment records are kept by Paddle for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including removing your sentence from the page. Write to hukuk@solvena.net and we will answer within thirty days. If you are in the EU or the UK you may also complain to your data protection authority; in Türkiye, to the KVKK.
