solvena.lol takes no payments, so there is nothing to refund.

As things stand

Placing a sentence on solvena.lol is free. No card details are collected and no charge is made, so no refund can arise. See pricing.

Should a paid option be introduced, this policy will apply to it from the first day it is offered:

A full refund may be requested within 30 days of payment, for any reason or none.
A refunded placement is undone: the sentence is removed from the celestial body and from its public history, and the body returns to the sentence that stood before it.
A sentence removed for breaching the content rules in our terms is refunded in full at the same time.
