What the service is

solvena.lol is a single web page showing eleven celestial bodies. Each body displays one short sentence written by a visitor, together with the account or website that visitor linked. Sentences written earlier remain visible in each body’s history.

Placing a sentence

• A sentence is at most 240 characters and must be accompanied by a link to an account or website you control. That link is how a sentence is known to be yours.
• Each link may place one sentence at no charge. Every further sentence from the same link costs a flat one-time fee of $20 USD, on any body. See pricing.
• Placement is immediate and automatic once payment is confirmed.

What you may not write

You are responsible for what you place. You may not place content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful towards a person or group, sexually explicit, impersonates someone else, infringes another party’s rights, or advertises illegal goods or services.

We may remove any sentence that breaches these rules, without notice. When we do, the payment for it is refunded in full.

Your words remain yours

You keep every right you have in the sentence you write. By placing it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on solvena.lol, in its public history, and in the shareable image generated for you — for as long as the site exists.

Permanence, and its limits

Sentences are kept on purpose: a sentence that is passed by a newer one moves into the body’s history rather than being deleted. We will remove a sentence at your request, for a breach of these terms, or where the law requires it. Beyond that, please write as though it will stay.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, which also handles order-related enquiries and returns. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and we may change or discontinue it. If we discontinue it, we will say so on the page beforehand where we reasonably can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the foot of this page is the date of the version you are reading. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
